You are in the right place. If you just joined, now is the time to setup your Bio - including Photos, Videos, Events, and this area that you are reading - your Main Content Area. First stop is your Photos. Click on the Photos link at the top of this page, or you can access any of the menu items we'll be discussing from your Member's Home Page - just click the Home button at the top of this page to get there anytime.
Photos
On your photos page you can upload new photos, choose a new Bio Photo, or, depending on which layout you are using, you can add photos to your Bio Page, which is great if you want to feature a certain photo, or a group of photos. Remember, though, if you don't choose photos to be featured, that's ok, too. Equisphere will select random photographs from your uploaded collection to display on your Bio Page.
Main Content
This section that you are reading is called the Main Content section, and it is here that you will want to spend some quality time getting it just right. To edit your Main Content area, just go to your Member's Home Page by clicking the Home button at the top of this page. Then, click on My Bio: Main Content. If you need help with the HTML on the Main Content page, just click the 'Need Help' button and away you go.

That should be enough to get you started, we will be adding more to this as time goes on to keep you up to date on all the information you need to know in order to get the most out of Equisphere and the Equisphere Community.

Enjoy!

Signing up with Equisphere.net is quick and easy, and we have done our best to ensure that you navigate your way through the short registration process as smoothly as possible.

E-Mail Address
You will use the E-Mail Address that you register with to login and use your Equisphere account, so make sure you remember which E-Mail Address you sign up with!

Password
Your password must be at least 7 characters long, and you may use only letters or numbers, either capital or lowercase. Remember, the best security for your password is to pick something that is not easy to guess, and mix capital letters with lowercase letters, as well as a mix of letters and numbers. Keep your password in a safe place, and never lend it to anyone. You are responsible for the security of your password, and any account activity that results from its use.

Confirm Password
Simply re-type your password exactly as you entered it in the Password field. This is meant to prevent spelling mistakes from hindering your usage of your new account. The characters you type have been hidden for your security, but don't worry - if you make a mistake and your Password does not match the Confirm Password, we will let you know immediately before you continue and before we process your payment.

How did you Hear About Us?
Please let us know how you heard about Equisphere.net - we are always looking to expand our advertising and customer base efforts, so the more we know about what is working and what isn't, the less energy we can waste in advertising that isn't working, and the more time and effort can go into making Equisphere.net the best Equestrian based online community there is.

Membership Package
Our memberships come in four styles: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each of these packages is available, for a limited time, in a Lifetime option. That means you will pay only one time, one fee, and your membership will remain in good standing forever. If we change our prices in the future, your account as a lifetime member will stay active and because you made your one-time payment already, there can never be any extra fees. Only 500 lifetime packages will be sold, ever, so its a good idea to get one now before they are all taken.

For more information on our different packages, see the Membership Pricing section of this help page.

Promo Code
A promo code is a promotional code that entitles the bearer to a free membership. The type of membership is defined by the promo code, so if you are using one, please be sure to select the appropriate package from the Membership Package area. If you select a package that is not assigned to your Promotional Code, you will be returned to select again.

Credit Card Information
All of our credit card processing is done through Secure XML Requests, and our payment processor is world-class security and online payment processing expert PayPal. We do not store or save any of your credit card information. Your payment will be processed instantly and once the payment has been approved by PayPal, which takes less than 30 seconds, your credit card information is discarded safely and securely.

CVV2 Number
The Customer Card ID Number (CID or CVV2) is a three or four digit number that is unique to each card. This additional security feature is designed to protect you by helping to ensure the card is present during the purchase. It is printed only on the card, never on any receipts or statements.

For Visa/Mastercard/Discover Cards: The CVV2 three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards immediately following the card account number.

For American Express Cards: The Card Identification number is the 4 digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.

Terms and Conditions
You must check the box indicating that you have read and do agree to the Equisphere Terms and Conditions of Service. Clicking on the Terms of Conditions link will open the Equisphere Terms and Conditions of Service for you to read before agreeing.
